Bengaluru, Sept 4: Normal life may be hit once again on Saturday, Sept 5 as another bandh might be observed in Karnataka. Several protest rallies might be held across Karnataka, especially in Bengaluru on Saturday. This time the bandh call has been given by the Karnataka State Sugarcane Growers Association and the Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha and Hasiru Sene. [Karnataka bandh likely on Saturday, Sept 5] The groups, which represent farmers of the state, called for bandh as the group members accused Karnataka government and Narendra Modi government at the Centre of showing indifferent attitude towards the problems of farmers. Farmers, social organisations and pro-Kannada organisations are expected to take an active part in the bandh.
