Prime Minister
Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a public meeting in Gaya, the second after
last month's Muzaffarpur rally, ahead of the coming Bihar assembly polls.
In his Address Pm
Said "I have a complaint. I came to Gaya earlier, in this venue at
that time, It was peak poll season. But today double strength is
here. Elections are approaching and I am seeing that the people of Bihar
took two decisions.
People of Bihar have
decided they want to make a strong Bihar & they've also taken the decision
on Parivartan. These elections are about making Bihar free from Jungle Raj
and an arrogant government. They ruled for twenty five years. If this continues
for five years can it be tolerated? Doesn't Bihar need change?"
He
further added, "What have JD-U done to Bihar? And this is a land that is
talked about when we talk of India's golden past. The dreams of this land lie
shattered due to those in power"
PM said, JD-U and
RJD has ruined Bihar, they have brought the Jungle Raj. Both these parties have
shattered dreams of people. He pointed out that In Bihar, there are only 25000
engineering seats which is just 1000 seats more than Himachal Pradesh which is
a far smaller state as compare to Bihar.
Taking a gibe at Nitish Kumar's JD-U
and Lalu Prasad's RJD he said JD-U means "JANTA KA DAMAN AUR
UTPEEDAN" and RJD Means "ROJANA JUNGLE RAJ KA DAR.
Modi
Informed the crowd "Ganges(series)of development has begun but due to the
arrogance of Bihar Government it is unable to reach the villages and its people.
Talking
about Bihar’s Historical Past and its relevance to the World, PM Modi insisted
on boosting the Tourism Sector in Bihar which will help people here.
PM
termed JD-U and RJD politics as politics of Vote Bank and said assembly
election is an opportunity for people of Bihar to change the 25-year
Nitish-Lalu rule & their "arrogance & deceit"
Modi
said destiny of Bihar's youth is needed to be changed which can happen through
change in education system
NDA
Govt, BJP Govt can bring change in education sector, can change the destiny of
Bihar
