Supreme Court Judge, Justice Dipak Misra who had rejected the mercy plea of Mumbai bomb blasts convict Yakub Memon has been threatened by some unidentified Sympathizer of Memon.
As Per Media Reports, Delhi Police has registered a case in this matter. As per sources, Security for Justice Misra has been beefed after this anonymous threat letter.
Delhi Police has also launched an investigation into this matter.
SC Judge was the head of the bench of judges of Supreme Court panel which rejected the mercy plea of blast convict Yakub Memon who was hanged on 30th July 2015 in Nagpur.
