India advises Pakistan not to meet separatist leaders from Kashmir

Just few days before the NSA level talks between India and Pakistan both sides seem to have reached a deadlock over Kashmiri separatist leaders.
India has advised Pakistan not to invite Hurriyat leaders to meet Pak NSA Sartaj Aziz. External Affairs Minister Spokesperson Vikas Swarup, said as per DNA reports "India has advised Pakistan yesterday that it would not be appropriate for Sartaj Aziz to meet Hurriyat representatives in India. Such a meeting would not be in keeping with the spirit and intent of the Ufa understanding to jointly work to combat terrorism."
As per news sources,Pakistan though have rejected India's stance saying,  "The talks with Hurriyat are on. Pakistan will not take dictation from India. (Indo-Pak) talks are not based on conditional diplomacy."
The two NSAs are scheduled to meet in New Delhi for talks on terrorism-related issues for the first time on August 23, as decided in a meeting between Prime Ministers Narendra Modi and Nawaz Sharif last month in Ufa in Russia.
While the invitation to Hurriyat has angered India, Pakistan has dubbed it as routine exercise.
Ajit Doval met Rajnath Singh on Friday to firm up agenda which India is planning to raise in the NSA meet.
