Is your brand going in right direction?

Brand owners usually work on assumptions and often misjudge their  brand’s strength. This’s the biggest mistake specifically done by SME business owners.

Here are the few questions which must be answered before you  as a brand owner moves on with any brand strategy:-

-      Do you have a right product?

-      Do you know your customer?

-      Is your positioning unique?

-      Do your brand logo and its colours represent how you want your brand to look like?

-      Do your products deliver what your brand promises?

-      Do you offer any clear-cut advantage to your consumer over your closest competition?

-      Have you chosen right sets of business partners and strategy partners?

-      Have you educated your employess about the brand and created an orientation programme to make him live with the brand personality?

-      Are you aware of your target consumer’s buying behaviour patterns...their likes and dislikes?

-      Are you aware of your target consumer’s social behavioural patterns?

-      Are you aware of your target consumer’s brand preferences in various products categories?

-      Have you done any research on what makes them prefer those brands?

-      If yes; do you find your brand able to fulfil all those requirements and aspirations?

-      Are you engaging with your target consumer through various communication channels?

-      Does your engagement programmes and Communication tools able to create that aspirations in the mind of your consumer for the brand?

-      Is your brand being recommended by others?

If you have answered yes to all of the above. Your business is going on the right track and you are going to go big soon; If No, You need to get answers to all the above questions before moving ahead with any strategy else failure is written on the wall.

I don’t mean to scare you but it is better to be aware and get scared now and act before it is too late.
