Delhites today woke up to a pleasant morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 17.5 degrees Celsius, one notch above the normal for this time of the year.

The humidity at 8.30 am was recorded at 65 per cent, a MeT official said.

The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy skies for the rest of the day along with the possibility of rains and thundershowers in some parts of the city.

While the maximum temperature is likely to be 30 degrees Celsius, the minimum is likely to settle at 17 degrees Celsius, said the MeT official.

Maximum temperature yesterday was recorded at 31.4 degrees Celsius and the minimum was registered at 18.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal, said the official, adding that humidity oscillated between 84 per cent and 44 per cent.
